なにわ線唯一の新駅予定地（西本町）へ行ってきました。関空から難波、中ノ島経由で大阪へ向かうという路線です。
２０３１年開業予定との事ですが現地調査をしてきました。阿波座と本町の間を歩きました。中央線沿いには新駅は出来る可能性は低いですね。両駅からは近すぎます。肉眼でも駅出口が見えてます。したがって西本町で乗り換えることはないと思われます。が、今このエリアで物件を購入し十数年後に売却という形を取れば利益が出るのではないでしょうか。不動産投資を検討している方がいれば是非このエリアも一つの候補にすればいいかと思います。多くの人はまだ気づいておりません。道行く人に聞いても新駅が出来ることを知っている人はほとんどいませんでした。
The only new station of Naniwasuji-line is Nishihonmachi. I went there this morning. It will be served from KIX to Osaka Umeda.
It is supposed to open in 2031 but now is a good time to buy the property to resell years later.
Most local people don’t know about the new line. If you are thinking about the real estate investment in Osaka, I highly recommend you buy the property in this area. I’d love to help you. The negative thing is a new station will not be added on the Chuo line which is the second profitable line after Midosuji.
