利点だらけです。また大型商業施設も現在建設中です。１０００人以上雇用を作り出すとの事です。大阪市内ではないので駐車場の確保もそれほど難しくありません。

シニアの方にも向いてますね。大きな病院が多くあります。特に徳洲会は松原が発祥の地ということで力を入れてますね。

また、天美エリアは学生街という事で治安が良いです。洒落たカフェなども多く休日も楽しく過ごせそうです。ほとんどの通りに防犯カメラが設置されております。

松原駅が最寄だと準急でアベノまで一駅９分です。ただ、国道３０９号線の渋滞が激しいので車での移動はあまりお勧めしません。

天美エリアだと電車の場合普通でアベノまで１４分ですが国道３０９号線を使う必要がないので車での移動が楽です。

私は浪人が終わるまで、つまり１９歳までと２３歳から２６歳までは松原にいましたので地元の地主等多くの知り合いがいます。

同級生でも多くいます。松原で家の購入を検討されている方がいれば是非連絡下さい。

徳洲会、山崎第二大阪工場、阪南大学、大型商業施設アリオが主な産業ですが継続的に雇用を作り出すことだと思います。手軽にアルバイトやパートも始めやすい地域でもあります。

Only 14 minuts from Amami station to Abeno.

If you use your car a lot Amami is better as you don’t have to take route 309 which is always busy.

I grew up here in Matsubara so some of my friends are land owner.

Easy to find a part time job, too as there are a huge shopping mall and confection factory.

Immigrantes friendly city. A lot of volunteers are available for the language, English, Chinese, Korean, Vietnamies,etc….

Very low crime rate.
