Recently, the number of foreign travelers to Japan is increasing. Some of my friends living abroad are
also planning to visit Japan, due to the depreciation of the yen, foreigners come to Japan to travel.

Today, I would like to talk about the difference in the outlook for real estate property prices in Japan and
overseas for next year.
The global rise in real estate prices over the past decade is said to be proportional to the movement
of an increase in the money supply.
Therefore, it is expected that real estate prices in many countries will further decline in the future
due to the rise in US interest rates and tightening of monetary policy.
Well, what about Japan?
Due to the “zero interest rate policy” by the Bank of Japan, interest rates are not expected to rise
for the time being. This point is a decisive difference from other countries.
