American lawyer bought a house in Osaka

The American lady bought a house in Osaka. She practices the law in the state of NY.  She got into the Japanese culture, food and the language through the internship work. She chose the suburb area instead of central Osaka. More space, more laid back and near the mountains. She is well satisfied with the house.


As she is an attorney she knew a lot of real estate terms such as notary, affidavit etc…. It was easy to explain them to her. By the time she was in Osaka every single document was ready to proceed.


The key will be replace and some renovations will be held. A new kitchen, wall paper  and water heater units will be replaced . All of them will be taken care of by me. My job is not only the transactions but all related matters.


The internet is must for her job. I introduce the English speaking internet company named Sakura. Sakura internet is well known among the English speaking expats in Japan. The gas, electricity or water account was needed to open the internet account to show them the address. I am sure she will lead a wonderful life here in Osaka.
