I met Ms. Fukuda through a friend of mine.
She listened to our requests carefully and searched for many properties.
We viewed several properties a day and she noticed with the small things in detail.
I didn’t have much time, but she found a nice property so quickly which has just got on market and I signed up on the contract immediately.
Even after the contract, she kindly help me with various things related to moving.
It went smoother than I expected, and I am full of gratitude.

今回は、友人のつてで福田さんと出会い、お世話になりました。
こちらの要望を聞き取って、多くの物件を探してくださり、また、一日に複数の物件の内覧をお願いしたりもしましたが、私たちがうっかりしているような内容についても質問してくださったりしてしっかり対応してくださいました。
あまり時間がない中ではありましたが、公開されたばかりの物件をいち早く教えてくださったことで今回の契約となり、本当に助かりました。
契約後も、引越しに関することでも色々と親身にお手伝いいただき、思った以上にスムーズに進み、感謝の気持ちでいっぱいです。
