I consider myself very lucky to have contacted Naomi by chance, As a long term resident in Japan, I know from experience that it is not always easy to go through Japanese processes while being a foreigner, and Naomi helped me a great deal on every possible issue I had.
From the very beginning I felt that she understood my needs completely and most of the places we visited were really nice and suitable to my preference. She didn’t hesitate to accompany me for visits on weekends which was the only availability I had.
My time window was very short, and she found me a very nice place really quickly, where I’m really happy to be living in now.
I also got complete help on Japanese paperwork, and communication was very fluid and in perfect English. She even managed to set up all the utilities for me!
The contract was very standard and correct, and I got a full detailed explanation in English before signing.
At all times I felt fully supported, I would highly recommend Naomi and RE-MAX as real estate agents, and I will surely repeat next time I have to move, Thank you very much!
