This gentleman is from Malaysia. They just got married, congratulations!! The chose Japan for the honey moon.
He has 5 tenant occupied properties all over Osaka. I manage them and send the rent incomes to him every 3 months. We visited some of them together. Fall is around the corner. Way cooler than weeks ago.
He owns the coffee farm back in Malaysia and occasionally visits Tokyo for the meeting. Strong tie to Japan.

They visited EXPO afterwards. They managed to get the tickets. One more month left so not too easy to get the tickets.
He is trying to relocate to Osaka, like 6 months in Osaka and 6 months Malaysia.
The visa is very relaxed now because of the falling population.
