I had a really lovely experience working with Naomi!
It is not easy as a foreigner with two pets to find housing and also to pass the application screening. Luckily, I found a gorgeous apartment in a perfect location through Naomi.
She got my application in and was very careful to take steps to ensure I would be approved. After I was approved, Naomi and her boss did a very thorough job in translating all the contracts and documents from Japanese to English. I felt entirely comfortable to sign the documents with their support.
Naomi was super responsive and helpful throughout the whole process. She even helped me set up the utilities in my building and let me know that I can contact her at any time for support with my new apartment! I highly recommend working with Naomi!
