You still can visit Japan to buy a property. Also for expats of English speaking people, now is a good time to buy or rent a house.

I just want to let you know when I show property I am always wearing facemask and face shield. You don’t have to worry about the droplet or breath. It is completely partitioned between you and me.
I found out many non Japanese people who live outside Japan want to buy a sec0nd house along JR Hanwa line or Nankai primary line. I am familiar with these areas.
Once covid19 crisis is over it is expected many people will be trying to buy or rent a house, condo. As I mentioned before I will be wearing gears when I show a property.
