This gentleman is a REMAX agent named Masa. He works for another REMAX office in the city of Sakai. We collaborated to close the deal together.
One day my American real estate investor contacted me. “Hey Koji, I am ready to purchase a next investment property. All of properties you found for me are going well so I will leave it to you to find a new one” he said.

Sharing listings and connecting with other agents can lead to faster sales. Also, agents can better serve their clients by leveraging the expertise and resources of other REMAX agents. Masa wanted to keep his property first. I belong to REMAX so he trusted me to sell his property. This is a good example of win-win situation. My client never found this property if I were not a member of REMAX.
