I went to the Legal Affairs Bureau in Yamatotakada today because the property I am handling is in Nara.

I took a land area survey map,  I took 6 sheets because the property was a condo.

I went there with Mike who is my co worker. Thank you.

I have been communicating with Dutch guy who does triathlons by email and over the phone.

He said he was looking for a second house for a tournament in Japan and likes the country side so we chose Nara.

There are so many things to learn about a real estate.  It is important to just keep trying.I was almost overwhelmed but revived. How did the agents learn the job?

When I returned to my office and contacted the management company and asked for important information about the condo, I was charged 11,000 yen.（OMG!!)

I kept rolling the ball today all day.

We will lick the Corona! ! !

今買付証明をもらっている物件が奈良にあるため今日は大和高田の法務局に行ってきました。

地積測量図というのを取ったのですが物件がマンションなので６枚も取りました。

マイクさんにもついて来てもらいました。有難うございました。

現在トライアスロンをやっているオランダ人の方とメールや電話でやりとりをしております。

日本で大会がある時の為のセカンドハウスを探しているとの事。緑が好きということで奈良の香芝になりました。

それにしても不動産とは奥が深いですね。覚えることが多いです。修行が全く足りないですね。ただ挑戦し続けるというのは大事です。何度もくじけそうになりましたが蘇りました。

エージェントの皆さんはどのように仕事を覚えたのでしょうか。

事務所に帰り管理会社に連絡しマンションの重要事項を求めた所、１万１千円も請求されました。

今日も一日止まることがなかったですね。
