This couple is from Canada. They visited Japan for the property tour. The gentleman was living in Osaka 30 years ago. Now is the time to go back to Osaka. They are preparing for the retirement as well.
Anyone who travels has likely had the experience of falling in love with the culture, food and lifestyle in another country. While some people just dream of someday owning property internationally, others take steps to invest in a second home abroad. While buying a property in a foreign country can be exciting, it’s not something to undertake without some serious research and expert advice.
They decided to purchase a property of Osaka and visited here physically for the property tour. They started searching for a property and contacted me for advice. They picked up a couple of the properties and I took them to these properties. The website didn’t provide misinformation but it was a good choice to visit them. Osaka’ accommodation is super excellent. You can book online way ahead of the departure so you can get a discount.
Unfortunately neither property was what they had expected. They changed the conditions and we will start over. The unrenovated property is also fine as long as the renovation cost is low.
While they are in Japan, they filled out the POAs for me and the real estate attorney. I got the power of signing the closing documents. By the time they find the right property and move forward to the contract they won’t be in Japan. I have a right to sing the closing documents even so.
