This gentleman is from CA, U.S.A. He purchased a condo located in the city of Osaka near Umeda. He finally had a chance to visit Japan. Way before he visited Japan he had already bought some ACs and let the renovation man install them.  By the time he arrived in Osaka  some appliances and furniture are ready. You can do it online.

Now is a good time to visit Japan to see the cherry blossom. They are amazing, so beautiful. Every park is packed with people.

His parents also visited the property. His wife will visit Japan pretty soon. They don’t have to stay at hotel anymore. They have a place to stay. Even though the condo is located in the city of Osaka, the neighborhood is very quite and the park is nearby. He likes to take a walk so it’s good for him.

This condo comes with a parking spot. He can drive a car in Japan with an international driving license. There is an agreement between Japan the most countries. His relatives live in Taiwan, it also helps to purchase the condo in Osaka.

I am sure he will have a wonderful time in Japan. They can stay in Japan up to 3 months without a visa. Once they get out of Japan to nearby country, such as south Korea or Taiwan and come back Japan they can stay another 3 months without a visa. Total 6 months they can stay in Japan using this method.
