Sakai city Nishi ward

This is concourse of the Ishizugawa station.The train line is served to Namba and KIX. My clients and I were supposed to meet here. I got earlier so I had a time to go for a stroll. As this line is an elevated railroad it's so quiet and no railroad crossing. Both sides are hustling.

You can purchase not only soft drinks but also ramen noodles, gyoza and snacks at Japanese vending machines. Nobody steals anything, such a safe country. During the rush hours, many business men grab a bite for breakfast here and head to their offices.

I see some company's shuttles are back and forth. Osaka bay is nearby so factory and dock workers are transported. There are so many restaurants and inns. These establishments are for them to dine and stay overnight. The state road is nearby as well. Sakai Japan is a great hub. A lot of train stations are like Ishizugawa.

We went to the property together. The seller's agent described the property in details. He disclosed some minor issues. We have to disclose everything we know before the a property is handed over. The buyers told us that's was fine. The seller's agent(Katayama san) is a super nice man. For the 2nd property for them to purchase, they mentioned it would be nice him being the seller's agent. They have a big family. All of them visit Osaka Japan in order.
