Yao city, Shiki which is located 6 stops away from Tennoji station. The train line is named JR Yamatoji line, served between Namba and Kamo via Nara. Nara is an old capital and older than Kyoto.

My client bought a condo unit located in Shiki Yao city. They are so satisfied with the location and the condo. A supermarket and convenience stores are nearby. A condo is usually built near a train station so their condo is also close to Shiki Station. The HOA is super nice as well. The condo comes with a parking space so they can drive a car in Japan. At AAA you can convert the U.S. license to Japanese one. It’s valid for a year.

I was invited to dinner the other day. We had sashimi together. They are from Hawaii U.S. We had a terrific time over sashimi and deep fry seafood.

Good access to Tennoji, Namba even Umeda from Shiki station. No transfer is needed. You don’t have to transfer the train. To get to Shin Osaka, which is bullet train station, you can change a train at Kyuhoji station. 2 stops away.

Shiki Yao has 2 faces. Good nature and good access to central Osaka. Except rush hours in the morning and evening time, trains are not so packed. You can go anywhere in Japan by taking a bullet train. More laid back but easy access to downtown Osaka. This area is highly recommended. If you are interested in Shiki Yao city, please let me know.
