The deal of the real estate was closed in my office. The buyer is a Taiwanese and her agent is Chinese. The seller’s agent is Japanese(me) and real estate attorney is also a Japanese. Can you tell the difference from the picture? BTW the seller is an Arabic from UAE. The condo located in the city of Osaka was handed over to her with the keys today.
Japan has attracted many middle-class and wealthy Chinese speaking immigrants, pushing up the average price of new central city apartments by nearly 40% since 2022 in the Japanese major cities.
Japan's stable political environment, good medical and social insurance, and property ownership rights are a key draw for Chinese speaking people.
This could be an issue for the Japanese perspective. Their objects could be just for an affordable health care. Even though Japan is not an English speaking country Chinese speaking people can learn the Japanese language much quicker than any other language speakers. We don't communicate in English but Japanese.
They don't speak Japanese but they can guess what the signs or paper mean because we share the same letter.
The lady waiving her hand is a Japanese. Other 3 people are Chinese speaking people. When their parents visited Japan, they didn't have to be with their parents. They could go shopping by themselves as the letter is the same.
They have settled in Osaka. They say they enjoy the city's hustle bustle and surrounding nature with the internationalism they have found there.
They speak the fluent Japanese. As for the writing, it could be better than normal Japanese.
