We RE/MAX don’t stand alone. All of real estate agents in Japan are connected. I can contact them all over Japan. This is the story named Stanley from Canada.
This gentleman lives in Toronto, Canada.
He has 3 daughters and they like Japanese cultures. One of them lives in Boston where I stayed more than 16 years. He is looking for a vacation house in Osaka to let them stay at a property instead of a hotel. Even though he speaks perfect English he requested a Chinese interpreter to make sure he can understand every real estate term. I asked the other RE/MAX agent for help. She can speak Chinese.
She works at a different RE/MAX branch and we took him to some properties together for 2 days. In the car and property, 3 languages were spoken, English, Japanese and Chinese. I think he really felt comfortable the Chinese speaking agent was present.
After showing some properties throughout 2 days, we had a briefing in RE/MAX office where I belong. I think he will come back to us after he settles up and prepare for purchasing a Japanese property.
RE/MAX Japan is a big organization. I hope I can help you to find the right property.
