This gentleman is from NY U.S. He is a designer and artist. His whole family relocated to Osaka Japan for his son's education purpose. The keys have been handed over to him at Mitsui Fudosan realty in Umeda.
He started hunting the property staying at airbnb in Osaka. I took him to several properties. He chose a condo which comes with a parking space. It's on the 23rd floor, the view is super amazing, especially night time. The location is also excellent, not only being close to the school but good access to central Osaka.
On the moving day, all of air conditiners will be installed so he can stay overnight on the day. I arranged it with the a/c man. I let the electric store measure the size so he can choose his favorite laundry/dryer and fridge. Everything will be ready by the time he moves in. As for other pieces of furniture he can place an order for them on line via IKEA. Regarding a laundry and fridge it's recommended you let the electric store measure them before you purchase them, usually no return and no refunds after they are delivered.
Osaka, Japan is safe and has the efficient public transportation, he says. I could not agree more.
His 2 sons will go to all English schools near the property, walking distance.
In Osaka, Japan, no problem kids walk to school even at night. You see so many kids riding a bicycle going to cram school, or Kumon etc...
I was his side's agent this time. I let Mitsu Fudosan agent disclose even tiny things. After everything was okay with him he sighed the closing documents. His wife and sons were also be present on the contract day. The language barrier didn't matter at all. I interpreted every single real estate term.
I am sure he and his family will lead a wonderful life in the city of Mino.
