Aloha. They are from Honolulu Hawaii. The property in Higashi Osaka city has been delivered to them. They have a Japanese background and have been interested in living in Japan for a long time. Finally the dream has come true.
I am glad I was able to help them to find the right property. The buyer is a retiree and his son is an investor. They have a flexible schedule. All of utilities were opened and cleaning were held on the same day. As the inspection was held already it was easier to find out what to repair. The exterior wall’s crackings need to be fixed otherwise water can seep into the house. The handrail of the balcony needs to be painted again etc…..I can send the renovation man to their property to renovate them. Get ready for the summer now I mentioned. They will install the Acs, too.
They wander the neighborhood. Quiet and safe. It’s easier to get to downtown Osaka as well. I only recommend a safe area. Japan is a safe country but if you choose a bad neighbor your car or bicycle can be vandalized.
I am sure they will lead a fantastic life in Osaka, Japan.
