This gentleman is a property owner of the Japanese condo. He purchased the condo via me while he was in the U.S. His favorite Japanese cities are Osaka and Sapporo. He has properties in both cities.

We had a sushi at the revolving sushi restaurant in Fukushima Osaka. The restaurant was packed. I almost didn’t make a reservation. I used to be a sushi chef in the U.S. but my skill doesn’t match here in Japan. Here is the authentic taste.

Summer is almost over so it was a good time to visit Osaka Japan. Usually he visits Osaka during the winter time. During the summer time he visits Sapporo. It makes sense, haha. He is very nice man. I am so happy he had a wonderful time in Osaka.

He likes highball( soda whisky) and beer on the other hand  I like a sweet potato flavor shochu. The sushi was amazing at the place. I don’t think the jet lag is a big issue between Japan and the U.S. He used to be a travel agent so he knows how to handle the jet lag. I don’t feel like entertaining him. I was so laid back. Good for me to be with him. I had been in the U.S. for 16 years so I really miss the U.S. I need to feel like in the U.S. by associating with American people and speak English.

He says the sushi price in the U.S. is more than double. Not too many people can afford it. He is worth visiting Japan just to eat sushi. Sushi is a healthy food as well. It contains Omega 3 and so on.
