This gentleman next to me is from California. His father is a Japanese American.
He has already relocated to Osaka Japan and lives in a single condo( studio apartment).
He is going to bring his parents to Osaka so he needs more space. He likes the city of Kobe so we tour the property on the border of Osaka and Kobe.
This is a place he is going to live in. He must see it in person to gauge if it is fit his expectations. Even though this is a new house we checked every details.
We made sure the lights are working, water pressure, exterior wall's crack, parking space, how much noise we hear from the neighbors as there are an airport and expressway nearby etc... As for the noise, it was not an issue at all. The express was a soundproof covered and it was not on the route of the airplane. All are in good conditions. To view the property physically is crucial.
Regarding the local area, the transportation is excellent and supermarkets are everywhere. Even Costoso is nearby. Good access to Osaka and Kobe.
He decided to move forward. He filled out the application form and we are waiting for the accept from the seller.

I will check the property condition before you move forward.
