This gentleman relocated to Osaka. He purchased a house in the city of Sakai. As an IT engineer he can work everywhere in the world as long as he has an internet connection and compute.
I went the distance for him. It was not easy to find a right one at first but we made it. When I put the customer first, success always follows. I cover Osaka and every suburb.
We are talking about the renovation now. He wants the outer exterior painted. I took the licensed painter to the property the other day. I am sure he will give us an affordable price as we gave the painter many jobs.
