Touring the investment properties they bought

They are from Singapore. They bought 2 investment properties 5 years ago via me. They flied to Japan last week to check them out. As a bonus, they visited Kyoto. It must be freezing for Singaporean people.
Osaka's winter is okay. Freezing but not too bad, at most 1 inch for snow accumulation. This doesn't disrupt transportation system at all. Hot food is well blended with the winter.
For the 1st property, the tenant left a few months ago however I was able to find a new tenant quicker since the location is accessible to central Osaka.
As for the 2nd property, they didn't intend to rent out first. As soon as they changed their mind I was able to find a new tenant soon, again the location play an important role. Only 1 stop away from Osaka station, named Fukushima area. The area, rent yield, exit strategy, all of them are awesome for their properties.
We discussed it over sushi and hot noodles at Osaka central fish, vegetable market. All of them are so fresh and there are lot of eateries here.
It takes only 6 hours from Singapore to Osaka and only 1 hour time difference. Osaka must be popular for them to spend the vacation time.
I found some similarities in Japan and Singapore cultures. Our bonds are really tight.

Why Osaka?

Osaka is an attractive option for property investors. The city has seen an increase in both domestic and international rental demand due to its affordability compared to Tokyo and growing number of visitors brought in by the tourism industry.
